Nuestra Señora de Salvacion Historical and Ecclesiastical Museum

Located at the spiritual and civic heart of Lavezares, this museum is the premier repository for the religious and cultural heritage of the town. Formally inaugurated on October 25, 2019, during the town's 124th Parish Day, the museum houses a curated collection of ecclesiastical artifacts, sacred art, and historical documents tracing the town's journey from its early foundations to the present. Officially designated as a Diocesan Cultural Heritage Structure by the Diocese of Catarman on September 8, 2022, the museum also serves as an educational center hosting student immersion programs, heritage workshops, and historical inventory projects. It is a living archive that welcomes students, educators, religious leaders, and balikbayans seeking to connect with the deep-rooted faith and resilient heritage of Northern Samar.
