Lavezares' Historic Back-to-Back Crowns
Lavezares made history with a back-to-back Mutya san Ibabao championship, crowned by Meg Di (2023) and Gwyneth Nicole Lauron (2024).

The Municipality of Lavezares cemented its place in the history of the Mutya san Ibabao pageant by achieving a remarkable back-to-back championship in its first two editions. During the inaugural pageant in 2023, Meg Di brought home the first-ever Mutya san Ibabao crown after outperforming 20 candidates from across the province. She also captured the Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown awards, setting a high standard for the competition.

Building on that success, Gwyneth Nicole Lauron continued Lavezares' winning legacy in 2024 by claiming the Mutya san Ibabao title among 22 exceptional candidates. Her grace, confidence, and advocacy secured the municipality's second consecutive crown, making Lavezares the first town to achieve a back-to-back victory in the prestigious provincial pageant.

These consecutive wins reflect not only the beauty and talent of Lavezares' representatives but also the municipality's commitment to empowering young women who embody intelligence, culture, and community pride.
