Lalaguna Mangroves Eco Park welcomed international expedition cruise ship Coral Geographer for its second visit to Northern Samar, bringing 80 passengers and 9 crew members to experience local delicacies, cultural presentations, and panoramic views from Kaluy-ahan Hill.

Lalaguna Mangroves Eco Park once again welcomed the international expedition cruise ship Coral Geographer, marking its second visit to this premier ecotourism destination in Northern Samar. The return of the vessel is another testament to the growing recognition of Lalaguna as a must-visit destination for nature and cultural tourism.

Around 80 passengers and nine crew members came ashore to experience the park's unique blend of natural beauty, local culture, and warm Filipino hospitality. The guests were treated to a delightful spread of local delicacies, thoughtfully prepared by the community, showcasing the flavors and traditions of Northern Samar.

Following their meal, the visitors embarked on a trek to Kaluy-ahan Hill, conquering its 237 steps before reaching the watchtower, where they were rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view of the expansive mangrove forest. The stunning landscape highlighted the ecological significance and natural beauty that make Lalaguna one of the province's prized attractions.

The experience was made even more memorable through a heartfelt cultural presentation by the children of the local association, who welcomed the guests with traditional songs and dances. Their performances reflected the rich heritage, talent, and hospitality of the community.
